1. Who we are
JOLLYFERN LIMITED creates and publishes mobile casual games for players around the world. In this Policy, “JOLLYFERN”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to JOLLYFERN LIMITED.
For questions, requests, account or data deletion, or privacy complaints, contact us at [email protected].
2. Scope of this Policy
This Policy applies when you play our games, visit our websites, contact support, participate in events, interact with ads or in-app purchases, or otherwise use our services.
Third-party app stores, payment providers, advertising networks, analytics providers, social platforms, and external websites operate under their own privacy policies. Please review those policies when you use their services.
3. Information we may collect
- Information you provide, such as nickname, email address, support messages, screenshots, feedback, campaign entries, or business contact details.
- Device and technical information, such as device model, operating system, app version, language, region, time zone, IP address, crash logs, performance data, network type, and similar diagnostics.
- Identifiers, such as app instance ID, user ID, advertising ID, session ID, push token, or similar identifiers used for security, analytics, fraud prevention, attribution, or advertising.
- Gameplay information, such as progress, levels, scores, achievements, virtual items, rewards, rankings, in-game events, settings, and gameplay interactions.
- Purchase information, such as product purchased, order ID, transaction status, purchase time, refund status, store receipt, and related records. App stores or payment providers usually process payment card or payment account information directly.
- Advertising and analytics information, such as ad impressions, clicks, install source, campaign attribution, approximate location, app events, and anti-fraud signals, where allowed by law and platform rules.
4. How we use information
- Provide, operate, maintain, localize, and improve our games and related services.
- Save progress, deliver virtual items, process purchases, provide rewards, support events, and respond to player support requests.
- Monitor performance, fix bugs, analyze crashes, understand feature use, and improve gameplay experience.
- Protect players, prevent cheating, fraud, unauthorized access, abuse, security incidents, and illegal activity.
- Show ads, measure ad performance, perform attribution, limit ad frequency, and promote our games where permitted and, where required, with your consent.
- Send service notices, security alerts, support replies, policy updates, and transaction confirmations.
- Comply with laws, app store requirements, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, enforcement, and rights protection obligations.
5. Legal bases and consent
Depending on your location, we may rely on contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, legal obligations, or other lawful bases recognized by applicable law.
Where consent is required for personalized advertising, tracking, push notifications, sensitive permissions, children’s data, or similar processing, we will request it in the required way. You may withdraw consent through in-game settings, device settings, platform settings, or by contacting us.
6. Third-party SDKs, cookies, and similar technologies
Our services may use third-party SDKs, cookies, local storage, pixels, or similar technologies for login, cloud saves, analytics, crash reporting, advertising, attribution, anti-fraud, content delivery, and customer support.
We require service providers to use information for the agreed purposes and to apply appropriate safeguards. Specific SDKs may vary by game, platform, country, and version, and may be disclosed in app store data safety forms, consent notices, or in-game disclosures.
Some of our games use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand game usage, improve the game experience, and support app performance. Games that use this service may process app instance identifiers, device and app information, gameplay behavior events, and advertising interaction and ad revenue information.
Some of our games use Google AdMob to show ads and measure ad performance. Google and its advertising partners may process device identifiers, device information, app usage, and advertising interaction information, depending on applicable requirements and your privacy choices, to provide ads and measure their performance. The specific services used and privacy options provided may vary by game, version, and region.
Where consent is required, the relevant game will ask for your choice through an in-app prompt. You can review, change, or withdraw your consent through the privacy settings or consent management entry provided in the game. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on your consent before withdrawal.
For information about how Google uses information from apps that use its services, see: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
BlockViva uses Google AdMob for advertising mediation. Its builds include the Unity Ads and InMobi advertising SDKs; enabled advertising sources can vary by platform and version. Where a source is enabled, these services may process device and advertising identifiers, device and network information, approximate location inferred from IP addresses, and ad impressions and interactions to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud and maintain service quality. Where permitted and with the required choices and permissions, advertising partners may combine advertising-related data with data from other apps or websites for personalized advertising or advertising measurement. Their processing is described in the Google, Unity and InMobi privacy policies. BlockViva uses purchase and refund records for purchase verification, entitlement management and its own financial analysis.

7. How we share information
We do not sell personal information for money. If local law treats certain advertising or analytics disclosures as a “sale”, “sharing”, or targeted advertising, we provide the choices required by that law.
- Service providers, such as cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, advertising, attribution, anti-cheat, security, content delivery, and email providers.
- App stores, platforms, and payment providers, such as Apple, Google, payment processors, and platform safety or review teams.
- Advertising and analytics partners, for ad delivery, measurement, attribution, fraud prevention, frequency control, and service analysis, subject to applicable law and your choices.
- Authorities or third parties when required by law, valid legal process, enforcement, security, fraud prevention, or protection of rights, users, and the public.
- Business transaction parties if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, with appropriate protection for the information.
8. International transfers
We provide services globally, so information may be processed in countries or regions outside where you live. These locations may have different data protection rules.
Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections, access controls, encryption in transit, data minimization, vendor review, and other lawful transfer mechanisms.
9. Children and minors
We care about children’s privacy. Our games are generally intended for a broad casual audience and are not directed solely to children unless a specific game says otherwise.
If a game is directed to children or likely to be accessed by children, we apply age-appropriate safeguards, such as data minimization, high privacy defaults, parental consent where required, non-personalized ads, restrictions on inappropriate content, and limits on unnecessary sharing.
If you are below the age required by your local law, use our services only with permission and guidance from your parent or guardian. If we learn that we collected children’s personal information without required consent, we will delete it or take other appropriate steps.
10. Regional notices
This English version is intended as a global baseline. The rules that apply to you may depend on where you live, where the game is offered, the app store used, whether an account is created, whether advertising or analytics SDKs are active, and whether the game is directed to children.
- EEA, UK, and Switzerland: where these laws apply, we provide the information required for a privacy notice, including controller contact details, purposes, data categories, recipients, retention, legal bases, international transfers, your rights, and complaint rights. If an EU or UK representative, DPO, or local contact is legally required for a specific service, we will identify that contact in this Policy or a supplemental notice.
- United States: residents of some states may have rights to access, delete, correct, receive a copy of personal information, opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, or sharing, and appeal decisions. For services directed to children under 13, or where we have actual knowledge that we collect personal information from a child under 13, we follow COPPA requirements, including parental notice and consent where required.
- App stores and platforms: Google Play and Apple require privacy disclosures to match actual app, SDK, advertising, analytics, purchase, and account deletion practices. If a game allows account creation, account deletion must be available through an in-app path and an external web resource where required by platform policy.
- Other regions: where local law grants additional rights or requires specific disclosures, consents, data localization, cross-border transfer notices, or regulator contact information, we will provide a country-specific notice in the app, store listing, consent flow, or this Policy.
11. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, account deletion, advertising choices, or other rights provided by law.
You can manage many choices through in-game settings, device permissions, app store settings, advertising ID settings, push notification settings, and consent prompts. You may also contact us at [email protected].
We may need to verify your identity and request details before fulfilling a privacy request. We may refuse or limit a request where permitted by law, such as for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, transaction records, dispute resolution, or technical limits.
12. Retention and security
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law, platform rules, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution needs.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls, encryption in transit, permission management, logging, vendor review, and security monitoring. No internet or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
13. Updates and contact
We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If changes materially affect your rights or our processing practices, we will provide additional notice where required.
